Publication and authorship:

All manuscripts submitted to the Arab World English Journal (AWEJ) should be original and not have been submitted for review anywhere else. AWEJ will not publish papers which have been previously published in part or whole. 

Fair play

Arab World English Journal (AWEJ) is open to all researchers from all (22) Arab countries and beyond. Manuscripts shall be evaluated solely on their intellectual content regardless to race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or background of the authors.

List of references

Authors are required to provide a list of references for their paper. This should adhere to APA guidelines and should acknowledge the works that influenced the author’s work.

Author(s) Contribution and Funding Statement

All persons who substantially contributed to the presented work need to be named in the list of authors. Those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution or interpretation of the work and all sources of financial support obtained in doing the work, if any, must also be disclosed and clearly identified.

No plagiarism, No fraudulent data

Plagiarism in any form will not be acceptable .To avoid any form of plagiarism, each manuscript newly submitted to the Arab World English Journal will be checked regarding plagiarism using the program Turnitin. Papers with evidence of apparent plagiarism will not be eligible for publication and therefore will not be sent for review. Plagiarism in any form will not be acceptable. This includes the use of fraudulent data.
